We are requesting at least 3 to 4 days in the winter months. We will get there before that if we are in the area.

150 gallons. If you are unsure of how many gallons you will actually be able to take, there is a $50 delivery charge for any delivery less than 100 gallons.

Yes, we offer weekend delivery but only during the winter. There is NO extra charge for weekend delivery.

Call-in customers keep track of their own fuel level and place an order when they are at 1/4 full. Automatic delivery customers are on a degree-day oil consumption program. We will automatically come out to fill your tank when you're due for a delivery; thus, there is no need for you to constantly monitor your gauge. There is no difference in price; however, if you are a call-in customer and run out, you will need to wait until normal working hours for a delivery.

We will restart a heater only at the time of delivery. There is a $50 charge for this service. If we do not have access to the heater, you will need to call your serviceman and schedule a service call to restart.

We offer budget plans that start in June. It is too late to start a budget once the season is underway.

We do not offer any cap programs. We do offer a prepaid oil purchase program during the months of July and August. If you are interested in this option, please call for details.

You should check to make sure you have oil. If you do have oil, hit your reset button on the burner. If your heater does not start, make sure all breakers and switches are turned on and you have power to the burner. If your burner makes no attempt to come on, this is a service problem, not oil. Please check out these options and determine that your are out of oil before placing a call for delivery.
